Just rated farcaster appcoins. You essentially buy Into founders early on.
Qr has a founder that created a great product, and shows a good mix of product improvements, quality comms, token incentive experiments and value accrual.
I wish other interesting appcoins with upside potential had the same founder energy. Clanker, DAU got good products but little token focus & marketing so far. Clankermon is good too but may need a few fixes to get towards adoption/pmf, more revenues until it’s worth gearing up the marketing.

Thought the team is good and knows crypto well. Product is solid, they do partner with other builders but they ignore basics like building a user-investor community, setting up dau with Dexscreener, CoinGecko, promoting dau outside of farcaster etc.
Thought it’s an easy 3-10x. Dev was building fast, iterating well, incorporating feedback, improving the app and it became a better and better tool. It didn’t manage to get adoption yet or make meaningful revenues with the first 2 key features (dms, token gated chats). Dev went silent for 2 weeks and then didn’t want to further pivot and work towards pmf. In retrospective, should have sold a bit earlier.
I started building a higher Website and tested the embedded swap Widget.
Main focus is on new higher apps/initiatives & ecosystem-wide programs with the higher token as the core piece.
